Reservations
In order to best serve you, advance reservations are preferred. Bridal hair and make-up consultations are strongly recommended. A credit card is required for reservations on services over $50.00 (this includes nail services and Spa services). There is a firm 24-hour cancellation policy: no shows and late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.Proper Etiquette & Privacy
Robes will be provided – as well as draping for modesty and privacy. Proper decorum will be observed. Should a client exhibit inappropriate behavior, services will be terminated immediately and client will be charged in full. Children are prohibited in the spa area.Please Be Courteous
To preserve the Spa’s tranquil environment, we respectfully request that you leave all electronic devices turned off.What to Wear?
When receiving a spa service, you may dress in whatever you feel comfortable in. Most clients wear nothing during a service, since you are completely draped and covered, but some clients wear their bathing suits or shorts.Eating and Drinking Before a Spa Service
Try not to eat for at least an hour before a spa service and avoid the consumption of alcohol the day of the treatment. It’s important to drink plenty of water before and after a massage.Check-In
Please check-in 30 minutes before your spa appointment. If you do not check in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service as a courtesy to the next scheduled guest, your service will end on time regardless of when your service began.Gratuity
